Do you want to be considered for a table at Knotty in New York?

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

  • If an author, have published at least one spicy book. It must be on the page. If you aren’t sure if we’d consider your work as “spicy,” then we probably aren’t for you (and that’s okay).

  • If a narrator, have narrated at least one spicy book. See above for what that means.

  • If an artist, have provided or sold licensed artwork for at least one spicy romance book. The art itself does not have to be spicy.

  • If a vendor, have familiarity with spicy romance and provide a service or product of interest to these readers.

  • Be at least 21 years old and able to travel to the event.

  • Be comfortable tabling at an event where NSFW artwork is visible.

That’s it. We will be reviewing every application and specifically looking for tablers on a broad spectrum.

Your book(s)/service(s)/product(s) do not need to be kink-centered. Inclusivity of all kinds is encouraged. We have a firm policy against discrimination. If you’ve written a KKK romance, we are not for you.

We cannot guarantee you a table or a ticket, but we can guarantee you will have your application seriously considered.

If you are selected, we will reach out with further information and for invoicing. Please bear with us on any delay. We promise we haven’t forgotten about you. We want to get it right the first time. You will receive ample notice.

PAs and assistants are welcome. Their ticket will match yours and there may be an additional cost. We anticipate providing drayage at a reasonable rate with white glove service. We may also facilitate return shipping should you need it.
